The inquiry form collects your name, company, country or region, email address, optional WhatsApp or phone number, inquiry type, optional size and quantity, optional finishing requirements, and your message. When an inquiry starts from a product page, it may also include the Series, product name, Colorway, Series ID, Application, supply type, selected finishing, source page URL and internal page key.

Use and service providers

We use this information to understand and respond to your inquiry and to maintain the necessary inquiry record. Providers that host, transmit, secure or support the website and inquiry workflow may process the information only as needed to provide those services.

Retention

Inquiry information is retained for 24 months, then deleted unless it is still needed for an active business discussion or order record.
